Meet the Team

Riley brings to Beehive Strategies a dynamic combination of experience and passion for Utah's thriving community. Starting his professional career with the Utah Jazz, Riley served under the Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment division and subsequently the Smith Entertainment Group, led by Ryan Smith. This early experience in one of Utah's most recognizable and beloved organizations sharpened his expertise in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and navigating intricate networks—skills now championed on effective advocacy for our clients. 

Riley's ensuing chapter became political when he discovered an earnest passion to be involved in Utah grass roots initiatives. Having experience in working on more than a dozen local campaigns and meeting thousands of native Utahns, Riley deeply felt his calling to serve the state he loves in a career that positions him with the power to improve his neighbors' lives.  

Driven by Utah's work ethic, Riley founded Beehive Strategies to equip clients with result-oriented services based on integrity and profound local knowledge. 

Outside of representing clients, Riley volunteers at local food shelters, reads historical literature, and works to finish his Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Political Science from the University of Utah.

 Cole Cable’s passion for politics began in high school debate, where he first discovered the power of communication and ideas. That early spark led him to get involved in grassroots organizing across the state.

His path into public affairs wasn’t conventional. Cole started his professional career in the trades, working as a plumber. That hands-on experience taught him the value of hard work, practical problem-solving, and staying grounded in the everyday challenges Utahns face.

At Beehive Strategies, Cole combines his background in politics, business, and blue-collar work to help clients navigate Utah’s unique political landscape. His work is rooted in integrity, local insight, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Outside the office, Cole can be found exploring Utah’s outdoors—hiking, fishing, or just enjoying the open space. He’s also active in his community, regularly volunteering and staying involved in efforts to improve life for those around him.

Cole is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Utah. His academic work sharpens the strategic mindset he brings to his clients and fuels his passion for building innovative, results-driven solutions.
